WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We’re excited to get your order to you! Most of our items ship within 1-3 business days, with shipping days from Tuesday to Friday. For custom orders, we ask for a little extra time—about 3-4 weeks—to make sure everything is just right.

We care deeply about our planet, so we do our best to keep shipping eco-friendly and minimal. Most of our packaging is plastic-free, and when we do use plastics, they’re made from up-cycled, recycled, or plant-based materials.

To help reduce waste, we collect shipping materials and boxes from local shops and businesses in our community. This way, we’re not only taking recycling off our neighbors but also doing our part to make less waste.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are committed to sustainability and quality in every handmade item we create. As a small business, we strive to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices. For these reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for our products.

WHY WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS:

1. Eco-Friendly Commitment: We believe in reducing waste. Accepting returns often leads to additional shipping and handling, which is not in line with our environmental values.

2. Handmade Goods: Each of our products is uniquely crafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, they may have slight variations that make them special. We appreciate your understanding that these variations are part of their charm.

3. Small Business Support: As a small business, we operate on a limited scale and rely on each sale to support our craft. Your understanding of our policy helps us continue to create beautiful products.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We value your privacy while shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.

If a product is marked as not in stock, it's likely that we're in the process of re-stocking this item. Please feel free to contact us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you the date the item is expected back in stock. If you email us or reach us on the site chat, we can check if an item is in stock at our Woodstock or NYC shop.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Yes! Everything possible is responsibly sourced and sustainably made. The paper mills we use are hydro or wind-powered and recycle the water used. Even the 'fluff' we use to securely ship glass items is USA made and recycled.

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

Yes! Head on over to our retailers page to see if we're stocked in a store near you. Please keep in mind that most of our retailers don't carry all of our products.
