ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! Everything possible is responsibly sourced and sustainably made. The paper mills we use are hydro or wind-powered and recycle the water used. Even the 'fluff' we use to securely ship glass items is USA made and recycled.

Yes! Head on over to our retailers page to see if we're stocked in a store near you. Please keep in mind that most of our retailers don't carry all of our products.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Customized orders typically ship in about 2-4 weeks from the order date. Please get in touch if your order is time sensitive.
CAN I REORDER WITHOUT PAYING FOR CUSTOM ART AGAIN?

WILL I SEE A PROOF?
Customers for personalized orders will typically receive their proofs 1-2 weeks after we've discussed design details.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?
After placing your personalized order we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm everything is correct, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
As we're a small business we don't usually accept returns or exchanges. Our goods are handmade and may have slight variations. If you're unhappy with your order, please get in touch and we can figure out a solution together.
